The housing development project Lindavista, comprises of 1,300 mixed income homes. The houses vary from studios to 3-bedrooms and will range from 53 to 103 square meters. Each adheres to a minimalist vocabulary and understated use of natural materials. The interplay of light and shadow, double height spaces, curtain walls and private garden patio fills each residence with an airy, yet intimate atmosphere.
